This 2cd or 3LP set included most of Tommy, who classics and Pete Townshend solo all live recorded from their 1989 US tour. Most songs were recorded in the Radio City music hall (NY) and the Universal Ampitheatre (LA).
Came with a booklet. There was a group of instruments involved from brass, to two drum sets. Backround vocals were done by Chyna, Billy Nichols and Cleveland Watkiss. The album (and the whole tour) was deticated to Keith moon and even came with an order form to order Who merchandise! Sound quality isn't bad and the album is worth it for the live PT material, despite the cheesy tommy renditions.
